Puliamo il Mondo is a three days environmental campaign organized by Legambiente. On the 24th, 25th and 26th September a volunteer army endowed with gloves, rakes and brooms will work all around Italy to free roads, squares, parks, beaches and rivers from waste away. Puliamo il Mondo offers a chance to carry out urban riqualification actions, to defend the environment from turning into a cement jungle and to organize informative meetings about waste recycle and reduction. The aim of the initiative is to spread out among young people the habit to be actively involved in the conservation and preservation of the environment daily utilezed by all of us. A concrete and symbolic action at the same time, to get more clean and sustainable cities.
